To The Community

I didn't know how to say this. I've been thinking about it all day. I finally figured to just start writing. I just want everyone to know, just in case they didn't know, that Tomi has been volunteering for the betterment of the community as long as I've known her which is about 11 years. She has worked hard, and volunteered with her heart at multiple levels in the community. She would go to the S-T Townhall Council meetings, and all community clean-ups. She helped develop the STNC. She has chaired the STNC Land Use Committee for quite a while. She walks to cure cancer. She throws together bake sales to help the firefighters. She is a CERT member. She helps to keep our community safe. She is one of the very few board members that would actually attend budget meetings. During the Station Fire, she was a clearinghouse of information for us. And many other things too numerous to mention. I want to publicly say Thank You to Tomi for all she has done and continues to do. We all owe her a debt of gratitude for her dedication to improving the quality of life in Sunland-Tujunga.
